I had such a very good experience with Dr. Oliver and his assistant, Lauren, who was incredibly attentive and spent a lot of time with me, really listening to all of my questions and concerns, passing along all the relative information to the doctor who were both extra kind. They made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Friendly caring staff. Will bill for a deep clean when only performing a cleaning. When asked about it staff say "this is what we've always done"
Thats complacency to insurance fraud. I'd recomend reviewing your billing if you've been going there awhile and ever recieved a deep cleaning.

always a good experience but this time my jaw hurt I actually had to move it around to pop into place. It it kept hurting. i think it was because I had to stretch my mouth wider when trying to get the mold in place. you are all the best. she was patient with me and Dr Ron was the best. Thank you

I absolutely love Dr. John Oliver and his wonderful assistant Lauren! They both took such excellent care of me yesterday. I needed a crown, one filling and a small spot on one tooth smoothed out. They took the time to explain every detail of what I could expect along the way. They were both so gentle and thorough in the work they performed. They were truly fantastic, and I highly recommend them both! This is by far the best dental experience of my life! Thank you again so much Dr. John Oliver and Lauren for taking such wonderful care of me!

They got me in first thing in the morning after I broke a crown the previous night. Fast, efficient, and effective. Crown fits perfectly. Got it done before the single shot of painkiller wore off. I liked them before, I appreciate them now.

I would like to express my gratitude and thankfulness to all the staff at the facility for everything that was done. From the emergency appointment to the very end of my visit. Not only did they get me in quickly but the kindness and support everyone gave me in my time of need. I was in excruciating pain and they took my right in and took care of everything. I will most definitely use Shrewsbury, Claywell and Oliver from now on. Thank you to such an amazing team for everything. I will definitely recommend you to others.

Everyone there is super nice and polite.
I really appreciate how Dr. Luke really listens and doesn’t just dismiss what you have to say. He does very good work and is very easy to talk to and I appreciate the time that he took with me today which to allowed me to make an informed decision on my tooth care.
The lady he had assisting him (I’m terrible with remembering names. I’m sorry) but she was awesome too and very good at her job as well. She was very sweet and also listened and wasn’t dismissive.
Thank you for a good dental visit.

Whenever it comes up in conversation, I always let people known how much I like this office and the people there.

My first time visiting this dentist office after being referred and I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Shrewsbury was very kind and thorough, as was all of the office staff I encountered during my visit. I highly recommend. My husband also recently transferred to this office for his dental care and he feels the same was and says it has been good experiences both visits for him.

Super friendly people. This was our first visit just moving here and looking for a dentist. We were so impressed with how nice everyone was. We saw Dr. J and he and his team were awesome. The gentleman at the billing dept was great in telling us what things would cost after our insurance. He even gave us good advice about how to proceed. And printed out both options. My husband and I walked out of there saying we found our dentist.

Like many, going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was comforting. My dentist and his assistant had light conversation about Annabel the doll and family. Random conversation like my coworkers and I do. I was there for about 2 hours and they checked in on me, tried to make me as comfortable as possible, and were very professional. Im not a fan of having dental work, but I am a fan of my dentist and his crew.

Excellent work. The other root canal service which my family dentist referred told me a month away appointment. This place took only 5 days including 2 days in a weekend. And the root canal was only 50 minutes. No more pain! Thank you very much, Dr. Claywell and Tyler!

Great experience for first visit. Seen Dr. Claywell for a crown. He was upfront with what was needed and all options including a crown or a filling so no pressure was felt to do something specific. He let me know my cost before work began. I wish this was how all medical was approached. Great experience for something I don’t especially like to experience in general. I definitely would recommend.

On Monday, my crown came out, contacted Bryan and he was able to get me to see the dentist right away. Less than 10 minutes I was in the chair 💺. The crown was repaired and I was out of there within 20 minutes. Excellent service.

Went back to get tooth pulled after week of antibiotics. Went smooth as silk! They gave me a little gas to ease anxiety. The dental assistant was awesome. She helped so much and Dr. Oliver was great making sure I wasn’t in any pain. I’m really happy the way everything went! I’d refer them to anyone!

From the 1st time I came here about 2 years ago, I felt this place was not for me. They treat you like a number and see too many patients to give good customer service. The dental hygienist, Lauren, was unfriendly, and she didn't talk much. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I could tell that Lauren definitely hates her job. She chipped my front tooth because she does not take her time, and she rushed through the cleanings ect. Dr. Oliver was rude and gave a bad attitude as if he didn't believe she chipped my tooth. I had 3 mouth guards from here that were not made well, and they broke within a short time after using them. These mouth guards should last at least 5 years since insurance will only pay for one every 5 years. Plus, my previous mouth guards, made elsewhere, lasted over 5 years. Dr. Oliver was rude about this as well and kept trying to refer me to a specialist when I had never had to go to a specialist to have a mouth guard made before. I did nothing to cause these mouth guards to break so quickly. The 1st mouth guard lasted only 1 1/2 years, the 2nd one lasted about 6 months, and the 3rd lasted only 2 months. Again, Dr. Oliver was rude and refused to give me a refund so I could go elsewhere and have one made. Plus, the mouth guards were a bite guard and retainer all in one. Since the mouth guards were not made correctly, my top teeth are now crooked. I complained to Dr. Oliver about this as well, and again, he acted as if I was lying. The office manager, Sarah, was uncaring and refused to help me saying their warranty on mouth guards was only 30 days when previously it was 1 year. Further proof that they just don't care about their patients. I told Sarah that I wanted to speak with Dr. Shrewsbury, and she refused to let me speak with him. My husband didn't care for this office either and decided to go elsewhere after going there only a couple of times. He said, "They just aren't friendly there." He said Dr. Claywell and others didn't say two words to him the last time he saw him, so he decided not to go back. The only saving grace here is the dental hygienist, Casey, who was super sweet, caring, and friendly. Too bad everyone else who works here is uncaring and rude.

I saw Dr. Oliver's response, and it's all a bunch of lies to try to make me look bad. I recorded all of my visits via the voice recorder, so I have proof of what actually happened. Plus, I did nothing to make the 3 mouth guards break in a short time period. They were not made properly. Dr Oliver has a temper, and it will come out if you have an issue or concern. Beware!!

Great atmosphere with many smiling staff. Dr Jay was a joy and a pleasure to meet. I have been to several dentist across this great country and this was the best offices I’ve been to. I have always been a chicken when it comes to teeth repair but Dr Jay and his staff made me feel relaxed with no anxiety. I’m glad I found this office and a place that cares about the patient. If your in the look out for a family dentist you definitely need to call them and make an appointment.

I had to switch dentist last year because of insurance and location. A very pleasant experience, everyone is so helpful. I truly appreciate the care I’ve received. From cleaning to an issue with a tooth has been a very welcomed changed from previous experiences with other dental offices.

Well usually everything is good my husband had a great experience but I’ve had problems I had to pay so far I’ve had to pay 285 and he never had to pay a dime he had more teeth pulled and got a full top plate dentures I only had 3 teeth pulled and getting a partial we had the exact same policy this is the only dentist I have been too I’ve come to them ever since they have been in business I have recommended so many people they make you an appointment then you go in and they tell you it’s not for 3 days just disappointed

This was the best teeth repair I have ever had. They use a new X-ray wand to take X-rays. I did not feel anything the whole time when they drilled or filled the teeth. First time in all my years. They repaired more than one tooth also. Thanks !!!

Overall a great office! The medical providers are top notch and polite! Their policy about being late to appointments is a little wonky if you ask me but that’s just my opinion. (They request you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time however, if you arrive 10 minutes after the scheduled time they count it as a “No Show” and charge you $35 even if you called ahead to let them know you would be late. I was 13 minutes late because I had a terrible time hyping myself up to even be able to go for the procedure) They lost 2 patients over 3 minutes. If you have a terrible fear of having your gums cut and teeth drilled on, don’t pick this office. If dental work is no problem for you and you’re prompt, they are a great office! If half stars were an option I’d give them 2.5 to be exactly in the middle.

Service was ok and typically cordial. I had to reschedule an appointment in May and the lady who answered was anything but helpful. First giving me attitude because I was rescheduling 5 days before my appointment, asking for reason, which I had no issue providing. When trying to find an appointment I indicated that I would prefer the earliest or latest as that would help me with work schedule just to get a remark of, well…those are the most popular and hard to find. At that point I asked for whatever date just to get a “we’re booked solid until January!” Remember this is May that I’m trying to reschedule, I guess it would have been hard to get my 6 month follow up if they were booked solid until January?
I ended the call with, simply cancel my appointment as I will go find another dentist. Unfortunately I’ve been going here for almost 10years but situations like this really leave a bad taste in my mouth. They will get more appointment time as they are losing business from a family of 4

From the staff at the front desk to our Hygienist Elizabeth, and of course, Dr. Jay, as well the assistants we have had, to the schedulers at the end of visit..
All of them are kind and caring and make you feel so comfortable. I totally recommend this Dental office....!! And I'm one that didn't like going to the dentist in the past...but now because of all the staff there...I will definitely keep going and have them take care of not only myself but, my families dental needs as well!!

Okay yesterday's post was from over 2 weeks ago as my phone was acting up and it might have gotten posted twice. However now for this week on Tuesday I went to see Dr John and Lauren for a left upper crown and a bottom right filling. I was concerned as they were on completely opposite sides and one top and the other bottom. They were very professional and I could tell they have had lots of experience doing this probably many times over. They made me feel very much at ease and I would recommend them to anyone!

I came in today for a cleaning and check-up. It had been a very long time since I had a cleaning so I was concerned. Maddie was my hygienist and made me feel at ease and it went very well as she would off and on ask if I'm doing okay. Even though it had been a long time since I had it done I left feeling clean and refreshed. She should get a raise for such good work and I will be looking forward to my next cleaning and check-up 😁👍

The wonderful woman who did my work today, was amazing. Kept me cool, calm, collected.. as did the dentists, hygienists before...gave me lots of breaks... She's cool, calm, collected... Luv her!.. however... At checkout I was told to be grateful my dental "cap"was 2000.00 while everyone else only gets $1000.00.. after she said there was a data breach, w/insurance cos. Being slow to pay after breach...(I had no knowledge of that/should they have let me know?)I asked if last 4 appts were paid . She said yes... now I have to call 4 days before next appt to make sure.... We're slow due to breach... As someone having extensive work done since November (this was my 5th appointment)..
I explained I would have had the other root canal n other work done before deep clean n fillings... . I'm going to call before next appointment since they(insurance cos. Are slow due to breach) n if my insurance co hasn't paid for last appt... Due to data breach n being slow in paying.. they paid for all appts. On time til breach. So they are slow.
. I might have to cancel next appt.. I would have never had my teeth cleaned instead of my root canal/tooth removal.... Work on ppl skills folks. I've got $3500 invested. The person who has came with me every very sit was also told tooth removal, root canal, crown todaY.. they looked at at us like we were both crazy.

Rachel was best dental hygienist ever! All staff except one were friendly. Very difficult to be to have conversation with hygienist and Dr behind me. 180 degree turn of neck is a strain for a length of time. Checkout lady didn’t crack a smile. Wondered if I offended somehow. She left and had Bryan take over who made up for it in genuine care friendly vivacious helpful. He just made your office shine!

Always great. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist and they make everything easy and comfortable. All the folks who work there are friendly and accommodating. This includes all the dentists. Ive had a couple root canels and crowns with sedation and they took care of everything during the same visit. You can't go wrong.

I won't ever go to another dentist office.These people care about you. I had been trying for two years to get 24 decaying or rotting teeth removed and replaced. Within 4 months of coming to see Dr Claywell my smile looks like this....

Dr. Luke and Shannon are, hands down, the BEST. There’s plenty of times I have work done and do not require numbing medication. I have anxiety about dentist offices due to past experiences and they completely put me at ease. I used to shake like a leaf on a tree at the dentist. I don’t do that anymore thanks to their kindness and willingness to make sure I’m always comfortable. I even get a blanket when I’m cold! :)

Very professional and thorough. I had to have a crown. They took their time to build up the tooth and grind everything for a good bonding surface. Shortly after that my new crown was cemented in and they tweaked everything ensuring a good fit and chewing surface. Glad I didn't have to get a temporary one and go back weeks later for the permanent one

I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Claywell, the facilities are fantastic, top notch, I just found my new forever dentist. The only thing I could suggest would be that the people that take care of accounts and payments could be a little bit more friendly and pleasant, and that the music be a little bit more soft and soothing, but other than that no real issues. Highly recommended.

I have to travel a state and a half to be treated by Dr. Jay. I possibly pass 3,000 dentist on the way to the office and would not consider going to any of them. I have the best.
Dr. Jay is at top of the game with his knowledge and skills. He genuinely cares about his patience's and is down to earth guy, making you feel comfortable during your entire visit.
His staff is top notch. All of them are so nice and really care. The office staff are all pleasant and are really easy to work with. The facility is new, modern and easy to get to. If your looking for the guy? Here's your guy!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr Jay was fantastic! He walked me through the whole process of implants and always made sure I was doing ok. In 51 years he's the best dentist by far that I have ever been to. And I have been to several. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for new dentist. They are the best.

This Dental Service is amazing! The staff are friendly and helpful. My Tech definitely worked on my behalf to get all the paper work done and the Dentist was there and ready to evaluate my dental situation. Honestly this office has there “stuff” together and incredibly fast …..no major waiting. I give them a
